Happy New Year. We're grateful to have worked on so many great projects over the last 12 months. Looking back, here are some of the most memorable, in no particular order. Cheers, Thanks, and Love, from the crew at Image Brew.
We just finished these entertaining commercial vignettes for Hunter Douglas, and while they have yet to be released, we had a lot of fun writing and directing them. We'll post them here when they're out, so stay tuned!
This was an awesome campaign for an iconic brand, with one of our favorite rappers as the spokesman. This project was a blast, and made us better dancers too.
We produced several of these award-winning stylized videos this year as they've become a big part of the Level 3 brand. Special thanks to artist Scott Brooks, producer Mark Mitton, and project manager Shay Ghallager.
We had a lot of fun learning about this awesome IT firm from Boulder, CO. Don't you want to work for them now too?
5. DDP Awards
Not only was this project a great opportunity to meet key players in Denver, attending the DDP Downtown Denver black tie Awards Ceremony where our films were screened made us feel like a big deal. Thanks guys.
We respect the work of our friends over at Honest Bros, the ones behind the Image Brew brand identity. Producing a video of their recent work was a pleasure, and we were all really excited about the final result.
7. SpringFest/Magnum VIP Videos
The Magnum Live Large Project II culminated at SpringFest in Miami, FL, and we were there to film, soak up the sun, and hang out with a star-studded VIP list. Backstage passes, baby!
We jumped at the chance to produce this short film based on a new reality show idea. Filming in over 10 locations over three days of shooting was a wild ride.
9. Level 3 Nashville Regional Sales Video
This project took us to Nashville, TN during the CMA Awards. Yeehaw! This regional video campaign for Level3 was so succesful, that they've decided to produce a dozen more in 2012.
10. Kama Sutra King
This has been a passion project of ours for nearly two years now. We're excited to call it wrapped. The world premiere is in January 2012 at Festivus Film Festival in Denver Colorado.
The popularity of our whiteboard series has created opportunities to expand on this styalized approach. This video for client EiX allowed us to use more animation and special effects to give it a unique look and feel. Not yet released.

Currently producing a video for design studio Honest Bros., I found myself traveling down to Canyonlands National Park this past weekend to acquire a very specific shot for our project. Sixty miles south of Moab, Canyonlands is home to Newspaper Rock, an ancient petroglyph site. The first carvings at the Newspaper Rock site were made 2,000 years ago.
The site itself was impressive, and after I recorded the footage we needed, I decided to stay for the day and have some fun shooting scenic shots with our new Indie-Dolly System. It was pretty surreal to be in such a wide open space all alone. I explored the South East corner of the park and shot compositions that reflect this big, natural, and pristine space.
I later found out that this area, known as Indian Creek, is world famous for it's crack climbing. Here's a short edit I put together last night with some highlight shots from the weekend. No Newspaper Rock shots though, you'll have to wait until the Honest Bros. studio video is complete in early 2011.
Over the last few months we've been working with Denver-based design shop Honest Bros. on new branding for Image Brew. Our new website and our new printed material is now complete.
